HEIZUNG UND KÜHLUNG
Das Heizen und Kühlen des Gebäudes wird durch das MDW-System (Wärmepumpe) gelöst, bestehend aus
ein Außengerät und 8 Innengeräte, die im gesamten Gebäude verteilt sind.
Innengeräte sind vom Typ der eingebauten Deckenheizschlangen.
Das System arbeitet nach dem Prinzip der Freonverteilung zwischen den Einheiten, sodass das komplette Gebäude im Winter in relativ kurzer Zeit (1-2 h) auf die optimale Temperatur von
22 Grad Celsius, im Sommer kühlt das Gebäude in weniger als 1 Stunde ab.
Der Vorteil eines solchen Systems besteht darin, dass es über die Freon-Verteilung 3,7 kWh Strom für die bezahlte 1 kWh verbrauchten Stroms erzeugt, was bedeutet, dass die Gemeinkosten dreimal niedriger sind.
Der Vorteil dieses Systems besteht auch darin, dass die komplette Brauchwasserbereitung (Sanitär-)Warmwasser über eine Wärmepumpe mit einem 500-l-Boiler im Heizraum mit der Möglichkeit des Anschlusses an Sonnenkollektoren gelöst wird.

TÜREN UND FENSTER (TISCHLEREI)
Die Tischlerei besteht aus PVC - SCHUCO-Profilen (Innentischlerei) und hochwertigen Aluminiumbeschlägen (Außentischlerei ) mit Fensterläden. Fenster mit Isolierglas Low-E verglast. Türen glatt geformt.

ISOLATION
Die Fassaden des Gebäudes werden mit einem "Ethik"-System (Wärmedämmung, die sogenannte Demit-Fassade, 8 cm dick) hergestellt.

ZUSÄTZLICH
Beleuchtung des Gebäudes modern gelöst durch den Einbau von LED-Deckeneinbauleuchten in Kombination mit indirekter Beleuchtung, um eine größere optische und ästhetische Wirkung zu erzielen.

Prednost ovog sustava je također u tome šta je kompletna priprema potrošne (sanitarne) tople vode rješena preko dizalice topline sa smještenim 500 l bojlerom u kotlovnici sa mogućnošću spajanja istog na solarne panele
VRATA I PROZORI (STOLARIJA)
Stolarija je izrađena od pvc-a - SCHUCO profilima (unutarnja stolarija), te kvalitetna aluminijska bravarija (vanjska stolarija) sa škurama. Prozori ostakljeni izo Low-E staklom. Vrata glatka formirana.

IZOLACIJA
Pročelja zgrade izvedena su sa ''etics'' sustavom (termoizolacija tzv. demit fasada debljine 8 cm).
