Kropa, Radovljica,  v najem oddamo stilno urejeno  in kvalitetno obnovljeno  staromeščansko hišo.

Hiša stoji v središču vasi Kropa, tik ob glavnem trgu. Objekt je bil zgrajen leta 1712, pred kratkim (leta 2016) pa je  bil popolnoma obnovljen.   

Obsega dve  stanovanjski enoti:

1.)  Delno  opremljeno stanovanje v prvem nadstopju, ki  obsega   prostore: veža, dnevna soba, kuhinja z jedilnico, spalnica, kopalnica z wc-jem - skupaj približno 50,00 m2

Stanovanje ima svoj lasten vhod. Parkiranje možno na trgu oddaljenem nekaj metrov stran.

2.)  Opremljeno stanovanje v drugem nadstopju obsega: predsobo, velik bivalni del (dnevna soba + kuhinja + jedilnica) z izhodom na balkon (10,00 m2), spalnico, otroško sobo, kopalnico z wc-jem - skupaj brez balkona približno 60,00 m2.

3.) V  pritličju  je  večja  garaža,  kjer je poleg prostora za  parkiranje osebnega  vozila prostor za  kolesa in hrambo ostalih  stvari. 

Parkiranje je  možno na trgu, od  hiše oddaljenem  50 metrov

Stavba  se ogreva s sistemom centralne kurjave s pečjo na olje.   

Stroški  ( elektrika, komunala, internet, ogevanje) niso  vključeni v najemnino in se plačujejo posebej.

Prevzem nepremičnine  je možen  takoj  najemnina  se plačuje  mesečno vsakega 20-tega v  mesecu za tekoči mesec, zahtevano je  plačilo varščine ob podpisu najemne pogodbe v višini dveh mesečnih najemnin.

Oddaljenost od Kranja - 15 minut vožnje, oddaljenost od  Radovljice - 15  minut vožnje. 

Najemodajalec za sklenitev posla pogojuje da najemnik prevzame v plačilo del stroška posredovanja nepremičninske družbe, ki zajema;  pripravo najemne pogodbe,  izvedbo primopredaje nepremičnine,  sestavo primopredajnega zapisnika,  prepis naročnin, pripravo in hrambo slikovnega gradiva - skladno s cenikom, navedenim v splošnih pogojih poslovanja nepremičninske družbe. Najemnik pri oglaševani najemnini plača 850,00 EUR + DDV.
