Na Vrhovcih v Ljubljani prodamo starejšo samostojno hišo v izmeri 134,4 m2 (stavbišče meri cca. 9 x 9 m), ki je bila zgrajena leta 1931 in ji pripada 539 m2 zemljišča.

Zemljišče je v celoti ograjeno. Pred hišo se nahaja večji nadstrešek, vrtna lopa in ob hiši v 70ih letih dograjena garaža.

Hišo sestavljajo 3 etaže: PK + VP + N. Podstrešje ni izdelano. Razporeditev prostorov je razvidna iz priloženih tlorisov.

V letih 1994/1995 je bila obnovljena streha (štiri kapnica) in zamenjana nekatera okna. V prvi polovici 80ih let pa je bila napeljano centralno ogrevanje (na kurilno olje). Na hiši je tudi priključek za mestni plin.
