V vasi Račja vas na obrobju Ćičarije (blizu Trstenika v občini Lanišće) prodamo leta 2010 v celoti obnovljeno manjšo kamnito istrsko hišo v izmeri cca. 65 m2. Zemljišče je veliko 320 m2. 

Hiša je lepo obnovljena s centralnim gretjem na drva in raditorji s kombinacijo talnega ogrevanja. Strešna kritina je bila v celoti zamenjana in obnovljene vse talne podlage ter inštalacije. Poleg hiše se nahaja samostojna shramba (cca. 20 m2), ki je bila tudi v celoti obnovljena. Prav tako se je obnovil kamnit zid, ki obdaja zemljišče.

In der Ortschaft Račja, am Stadtrand von Ćičarija (in der Nähe von Trstenik in der Gemeinde Lanišće), wurde im Jahr 2010 ein vollständig renoviertes kleines istrisches Steinhaus mit einer Größe von rd. 65 m2. Das Land ist 320 m2 groß.
