V neposredni bližini jezera posredujemo pri prodaji vile s prečudovitim pogledom na Blejski otok in grad.

Vila v kateri se pogledi vseh bivalnih prostorov preko panoramskih oken odpirajo na Blejski otok in grad, je bila zgrajena v letu 2009. Z dobro umestitvijo hiše, je na parceli ostalo še veliko prostora za lep vrt in pomožna objekta (nadstrešek in vrtna lopa), ki sta bila narejena v sklopu celostne prenove vile v letu 2016. Obnovljena oz. na novo narejena je hidroizolacija ravne strehe, uvozne rampe in vseh teras/balkonov vile.

Kopalnice so dobile novo talno, stensko in sanitarno keramiko ter armature. Vso mizarsko pohištvo je narejeno po meri, z izjemo nekaterih dizajnerskih pohištvenih kosov. Leseni tlaki so obnovljeni – pobrušeni in polakirani.

Vila v svoji kleti uporabniku nudi: zaporedno parkiranje dveh avtomobilov na dovozni rampi, kurilnico, več shramb, veliko sobo za fitnes, razkošno biljardno sobo in spalnico z lastno kopalnico ter spa prostor v katerem je savna za 6 oseb, prostor za počitek in neposredni izhod do masažnega bazena, ki je umeščen na terasi s pogledom na Blejski grad in otok. V pritličju hiše se na 104m bohoti dnevno bivanjski prostor, pisarna s sobo za goste, ki ima lastno kopalnico, utillity in dnevni wc. Stopnišče, ki je umeščen v bivanjski prostor in predstavlja arhitekturni element prostora vodi do nadstropja, kjer so tri velike spalnice in dve kopalnici. 

Zunanja ureditev ima novo asfaltiranje dovoznih poti, urejene pešpoti, ter zimzelene zasaditve, ki preko celotnega leta svoje oblike bistveno ne spreminjajo in vrt ostaja bogat. Hkrati je rastlinje izbrano tako, da ne zahteva pretirane in nenehne nege. 

Vila ima neposreden dostop do obale Blejskega jezera.

A villa, built in 2009, offers views of Lake Bled and Bled Castle through impressive panoramic windows from all living areas. The villa provides the following amenities to the user: parking of two cars in sequence on the drive-up ramp, a boiler room, several storerooms, a large fitness room, a luxurious billiard room, a bedroom with a private bathroom, as well as a spa area featuring a sauna for six people, relax zone and a direct exit to a whirlpool, located on the terrace overlooking Bled Castle and Bled Island. The ground floor offers a spacious living area, boasting on 104m2, as well as an office, a guest room with an en-suite bathroom, a utility room and a daily toilet.
