V skladu s trenutno sprejetim občinskim prostorskim načrtom je zemljišče predvideno za izgradnjo poslovnih objektov. Zemljišče je na polovici ločeno z eno parcelo. Vsi priključki (kanalizacija, komunikacije, vodovod in plinovod) se nahajajo v neposredni bližini zemljišča.

V ceno ni vključen pripadajoči davek.

Prodajalec bo končno ponujeno neto ceno nepremičnin ki so obdavčene z DPN, sam pa jih je pridobil v sistemu DDV, povišal za popravek odbitka vstopnega DDV, ki bo nastala ob realizaciji prodaje izven sistema DDV tistim kupcem, ki nimajo pravice do odbitka celotnega vstopnega DDV v skladu s 45. členom ZDDV-1.

In nature the plot of land represents an open meadow in total size of 6,500 m2 (1/1 share). BAMC owns up to ½, but we agreed with the co-owners for a total sale for the amount of 800.000 EUR. The land is situated on the regional road Kranj- Škofja Loka, only 2 km distance from the center of Škofja Loka. In accordance with the current municipal spatial plan the plot of land is intended for the construction of commercial buildings. The property is separated in half by another plot of land. All the necessary connections and publiy infrastructure (sewer, communications, water and gas) are located in the immediate vicinity.

Intended use: other areas, intended in particular for shopping centers. Permitted activities: commercial, catering, service, business, cultural, religious, entertainment, recreational and sporting activities.

The listed price does not include 22% VAT.

A seller will increase its final net price, which has been set for a property taxed by a real estate transfer tax and acquired by the seller under the VAT system,  by an adjustment for the deduction of the input VAT which will arise when making the sale outside the VAT system to those buyers who are not entitled to deduct the full amount of the input VAT in accordance with Article 45 of the Value Added Tax (ZDDV-1).
