We are renting a fully furnished 3-room apartment with a large living room and large outdoor areas (21m2 winter garden, 23m2 terrace and 22m2 atrium). The apartment is located in a brand new, prestigious residential block, with an elevator, a garage in the basement and parking for visitors.

Location:
The apartment is located in the very center of the city, but is nevertheless surrounded by greenery and trees.

The gross surface area of the apartment and exterior surfaces is 224m2 and 148m2 of interior surfaces, respectively. It has a large storage room of 9 m2 and two parking spaces in the garage.

Equipment:
The apartment will be fully furnished. The tenant who decides to rent will have the option of choosing the amount of interior equipment.

Lessor\'s condition for concluding a deal:
