V mirnem naselju Sveti Štefan (v občini Šmarje pri Jelšah) je naprodaj stanovanjska hiša z dvema gospodarskima poslopjema, ki je bila v osnovi zgrajena l. 1901, vendar je bila v l. 2014 – 2015 skoraj v celoti obnovljena (kpl nova streha Bramac, z žlebovi, zračni most, podeskano; kpl PVC 2 slojna okna z zunanjimi roletami in delno komarniki, kpl strojne in elektro instalacije, kljub debelini sten 60 cm še dodatna 10-12 cm demit fasada, kopalnice, keramika.....). Sama lokacija vam omogoča življenje v mirnem naselju, ki ga obdaja lepo naravno okolje. Imate pa tudi nekaj sosedov, tako da niste popolnoma osamljeni, vendar imate dovolj zasebnosti za mirno življenje. Hiša stoji v majnšem naselju na  lokacija, ki je tekom celega dneva obsijana s soncem, v bližini je cerkev, gasilski dom (»center vasi«). Do Šentjurja je cca 10 km, do Celja pa cca 20 km oz cca 15 km in že ste na AC in na poti proti LJ ali MB. Tudi cena nepremičnine je primerna glede na to kaj vam nudi in glede na lokacijo.

Parcela z rahlim naklonom  je velikosti 2500m2 in imate poleg hiše in dveh gospodarskih poslopij dovolj prostora za večji vrt, ali za otroško igrišče, piknik prostor...... (trenutno je kar nekaj sadnega drevja, grmovnic, rož, zelenjavni  vrt....). Sama hiša ima tri etaže K+P+M, klet ima cca 50 m2, P cca 100 m2 in še cca 100 m2 pohodne ampak neizdelane mansarde (skupaj torej cca 250 m2 – po podatkih GURS je 140m2, saj ni upoštevana mansarda).

Mansarda pa je neizdelana, vendar pohodna in je možno naredit še kakšno dodatno stanovanje velikosti cca 100 m2.

Talna plošča v P etaži je delno na velbana, delno pa betonska, plošča v mansardi pa je delno monta, delno betonska. CK je urejena z el. radiatorji, v kuhinji je štedilnik na drva, v dnevni sobi pa krušna peč, tako, da si lahko praktično skoraj celo hišo ogrevate na drva. V večini so prostori opremljeni in oprema lahko po dogovoru tudi ostane v hiši. Na posestvu sta še dva gospodarska poslopja; eden je garaža za dva avtomobila (vrata na daljinsko odpiranje), drugo poslopje pa je bilo v celoti obnovljeno in je delno kot drvarnica (lahko tudi manjša delavnica, skladišče in nad apartmajem še dodaten prostor za shrambo), delno pa je izdelan »apartma«, v katerem lahko bivajo vaši gostje, ali pa ga uporabite kot ločeno bivališče (obsega kuhinjo z jedilnico, večji klimatiziran prostor, ki služi kot dnevni prostor oz spalnica in kopalnica z WC-jem (tuš kabina, kopalniški blok , WC, el bojler in el radiator)), vse kpl opremljeno. Dostop do hiše je po asfaltiranem dovozu, hiša ima priključek javnega vodovoda, elektrike ( v hiši 1f elektrika, v garaži in gospodarskem poslopju pa 3f), telefonski priključek in 2-prekatno greznico. Hiša ima energetsko izkaznico ranga E, kar pomeni da je energetsko dokaj varčna.

Skratka na prodaj je stanovanjska hiša (lahko 1 ali 2 stanovanjska) z dvema dodatnima poslopjema. V račun lahko vzamemo cca 45 m2 veliko stanovanje z balkonom v Celju z okolico(1-2 nadstropje v bloku z dvigalom), seveda po predhodnem ogledu in dogovoru.
