V dnevni sobi na desno se nahaja tako imenovana hiša (kmečka dnevna soba) z lepo krušno pečjo, ki pozimi celo hišo navdaja s prijetno toploto in iz katere zadiši po domačem, hrustljavem kruhu. Ob peči otroci trejo domače orehe in jih zlagajo na pladenj, da se le ti sušijo za sočno velikonočno potico. "
Lesene stopnice nas vodijo v prvo nadstropje, v katerem se nahajajo 4 spalnice in manjši prostor (trenutno shramba).
V drugem nadstropju se nahaja manjša kopalnica, WC, kuhinja ter neizdelan prostor v kateri je v delu dimnika tudi "rauhkamra" ali prekajevalnica. Z malo kreativne energije (in seveda z ustreznimi papirji) bi se to nadstropje dalo preurediti v stanovanje z lastnim vhodom.
Leta 2003 je hiša dobila centralno kurjavo na olje.
Kmetija se na željo kupca proda opremljena, z orodji in stroji za upravljanje kmetije. Hiša je potrebna nekaj osvežitev.
Takoj ob hiši se nahaja gosprodarsko poslopje. Spodaj je hlev, zgoraj pa skedenj, na katerem bi morda lahko z dobro vizijo v prihodnosti nastalo nekaj sob za turistične namestitve. Velika posest je v poletnem času zanimiva tudi za razvoj danes zelo priljubljene in cvetoče "glamping" dejavnosti.
To območje, ki je poleti zelo priljubljeno med pohodniki in ga počasi odkrivajo tudi turisti, trenutno praktično nima prenočitvenih zmogljivosti.
Pogoj prodajalca je, da kupec ob sklenjeni pogodbi plača davek na promet z nepremičninami v višini 2% vrednosti kupnine ter dodatne stroške prodaje v višini 200 EUR +DDV
