- del stavbe 1, poslovni del NTP 162  m2, UTP 54 m2 - glede na GURS podatke.
- del stavbe 2, mansardno stanovanje NTP 182 m2, UTP 104 m2 - glede na GURS podatke.   
- del stavbe 3, trgovski del stavbe, NTP 69,60 m2 - glede na GURS podatke.   
- del stavbe 4, za industrijsko rabo, NTP 69,60 m2 - glede na GURS podatke. 

2.) gospodarsko poslopje št. stavbe 175 (stoječ na parceli 660 1299/1). Po podatkih GURS grajen leta 1964. V naravi predstavlja:
- veliko garažno stavbo površine 82,80 m2 - glede na GURS podatke. 

3.) stanovanjski objekt s št. stavbe 172 (stoječ na parceli 660 1299/2) na naslovu Valvasorjeva ulica 98 v Mariboru, Etažnost: K+P+M. Po podatkih GURS zgrajen leta 1937. V naravi predstavlja:
- stanovanje NTP 178 m2, od tega uporabna površina 143 m2 - glede na GURS podatke. 

Nepremičnine, razen mansardnega stanovanja v stavbi 174, so v zelo slabem stanju in niso redno vzdrževane.

- large garage building with surface 82.80 m2 - according to GURS data.

3.) residential building with building no. 172 (standing on plot 660 1299/2) at Valvasorjeva ulica 98 in Maribor, Floors: K + P + M. According to the GURS, it was built in 1937. In nature, it represents:
- apartment with net surface 178 m2, usage surface 143 m2 - according to GURS data.

The property, except for the attic apartment in building 174, is in very poor condition and is not regularly maintained. 

The property is located in the part of Maribor called Studenci. There are residential and commercial buildings in the area. The nearest shopping center is 1 km away, while the center of Maribor with all public institutions is 5 km away.
