predstavljamo vam simpatično, prostorno ter svetlo in z odlično razporeditvijo, veliko 2-sobno stanovanje na odlični in mirni lokaciji v Šentilju. Stanovanje leži v tretjem nadstopju stanovanjskega  objekta, zgrajenega leta 1961, kateremu streha se je obnovila v letu 2006, trenutno se pa v skladu zbirajo sredstva za obnovo fasade. predsoba/predprostor s hodnikom, ki povezuje vse sobe, dnevna soba, kuhinja z jedilnico, spalnica , stranišče, kopalnica

Vse sobe so zelo prostorne in omogočajo preureditev prostorov v manjše sobe (v kolikor bi želeli imeti več sob).

Dodatno: kupec ima možnost s soglasjem sostanovalcev dokupiti podstrešje (skupna lastnina) v velikosti 56 m2 uporabnih povšin, vhod v katerega je možen le skozi prodajano stanovanje

 

Stroški: povprečni mesečni stroški med letom znašajo cca.155 EUR, pozimi pa okoli 215 EUR
