In Ljubljana in Šiška, we are selling a 3-room apartment according to the GURS measurement (72.30 m2, net 64.1 m2), in a multi-apartment building from 1963. It is located on the 2nd floor, without an elevator.

The apartment comprises a hallway, bathroom with toilet, kitchen, living room with balcony 2.3 m2 and 2 bedrooms. The apartment also has a storage room in the basement of 5.90 m2.

The apartment itself needs a complete renovation, all installations (electricity, plumbing). Heating was on wood / coal, floor stove in the living room, windows, doors, everything is still in original condition.

The facade of the block was replaced in 2012 and the roof in 2003.

There are a few parking spaces in front of the building, where you park first. The apartment is located in a tidy and quiet neighborhood near Kino Šiška, Tivoli, Rožnik, Mostec.

In the immediate vicinity are a health center, playgrounds, kindergarten, schools, shops, pharmacy, bank, post office and sports and recreation areas. There is also a bus stop nearby. Access to the highway is easy and fast.
