We are renting a very nice and fully furnished apartment in an older but well-kept block without an elevator (net 68,7 m2). The apartment comprises an entrance hall with wardrobe, toilet, living room with office corner, large youth room, bathroom, daily kitchen with dining area and exit to the balcony and a view of the inner atrium with park and bedroom cabinet. The apartment is extremely bright, completely renovated and located in the immediate vicinity of Tivoli Park and the entire infrastructure. We rent to a tidy tenant without pets with priority to individuals or couples. Possibility of additional rental of a garage located two streets away (approx. 50 m). The average operating costs are approx. 180 € / month, available by agreement, you are welcome to visit!

The lessor\'s condition for the conclusion of the lease: the lessee pays a part of the cost of drafting the rental contract, which includes the following actions by the broker: handover of the real estate, participation in the transfer of subscriptions, the preparation and storage of pictorial material in line with the price list in the agencys general terms - under the advertised rent and length of rental period for 25 months, the lessee pays approx. 850 EUR plus 22 % VAT.
