It has 3 bedrooms + cabinet, 1 bathroom, large living room connected with kitchen and dining room with exit to atrium. There is an outdoor pantry and a garage next to the house. The house will be partly furnished (kitchen and bathroom, and anteroom).

The landlords rental condition is that the real estate agent\'s commission equaling to two gross monthly rents is divided so that the tenant pays 1 (one half) of the stated commission, i.e. the amount equaling to one gross monthly rent plus 22 % VAT.
