Na mirni in lepi lokaciji v bližini centra Domžal prodamo del hiše, ki zajema:

  •     237 m2 of land, which is in the nature of a roof for 2 cars, parking / driveway, garden and dog around and behind the house

Allocation of living space: anteroom, bedroom with balcony, children's room, kitchen with living room, bathroom with shower and pantry.

Distribution of extension areas:

  •     Ground floor: boiler room / garage, unfinished large space, staircase
  •     Mansard: office, corridor, unfinished large area, where the potential of producing an additional living unit (studio) with its separate entrance

The apartment was mostly renovated: kitchen, flooring (laminate / cork), equipment and PVC double-sided windows in 2010 and a bathroom in 2013. The house is in the majority in its original condition (also a covering). The heating of the apartment is regulated by a quality air conditioning system and the DHW heating is provided on electricity (boiler). The apartment has its own water and electricity meter and cable and internet connection (optics). The top panel against the roof is insulated with glass wool. The sale is almost fully equipped by agreement.

Der Verkauf ist fast komplett ausgestattet nach Vereinbarung.

Prizide befindet sich derzeit in der 4. Bauphase, mit Ausnahme des oberen Büros. Es ist möglich, in eine Wohneinheit oder Büros / Werkstatt / Zimmer für Service umzuordnen. Für das Haus gibt es einen Gartendieb, geeignet für die Aufbewahrung von Gartengeräten oder Lagerung.

Prizidek è attualmente nella 4a fase di costruzione, ad eccezione dell'ufficio superiore. È possibile riordinare in un'unità abitativa o in uffici / officina / sala per il servizio. Per la casa c'è un ladro da giardino, adatto per riporre attrezzi da giardino o deposito.

Alloggio o la casa ha una proprietà del piano regolamentato, registrata nella ZK e gratuita. La fortezza si trova sul proprio pacco e ha un altro / il suo indirizzo e il suo numero di edificio nel catasto. L'accesso alla casa è organizzato (strada pubblica). L'acquisizione immediata è possibile.
