We offer a small property for sale on the outskirts of the Prlekija village of Krapje.  It is located about 5 km north of the town of Ljutomer and bordering the municipality of Veržej. Close by is the highly popular Slovene thermal spa of Banovci.The property comprises an independent apartment house with separate usable buildings and on a plot of 1.669 m2.
