Description

Gorica  pri  Radovljici,   stanovanjska hiša  z  stavbnim, kmetijskim in  gozdnim zemljiščem v  skupnji izmeri  preko 10.000  m2 (1ha),  v izredno mirnem,  naravnem  okolju.

Gorica je  precej nepoznana, simpatična sončna  majhna gorenjska vasica, ki pa je le  2  km oddaljena  od  Radovljice,  skupaj v vasi  z le  nekaj deset  hišami biva okrog  90  prebivalcev. Gorica pri Radovljici - a residential house with building, agricultural and forest land measuring a total of over 10,000 m2 (1ha), in an extremely quiet, natural environment.

Gorica is a rather unknown, nice sunny small village in  Upper Carniolia (Gorenjska) region, which is only 2 km away from Radovljica, together with only a few dozen people living in the village with only a few dozen houses. The village is very old, mentioned in historical documents as early as 1326, at that time there were two noble mansions in the village in addition to farmhouses.

Currently there are only a few farms left in the village, that with other buildings form a well-kept residential area.
