LOKACIJA:
V neposredni bližini se nahaja plaža na piranski Punti, prav tako gostinski lokali in restavracije. Do najbližje trgovine na trgu Prvega maja imate cca 50 m, tržnica na Zelenjavnem trgu in Tartinijev trg pa sta oddaljena približno 300 m od stanovanja. Izven poletne sezone je parkiranje možno na območju piranske Punte, v poletnem času pa na parkirišču GH Fornače ali GH Arze ali večjem parkrišču Fornače.
