V ljubljanskih Fužinah prodamo garsonjero v izmeri 23,1 m2 (neto bivalna površina je cca. 21 m2), ki se nahaja v 4. nadstropju (od 4ih) stanovanjskega bloka zgrajenega leta 1984.

Razporeditev prostorov: predsoba, kjer je urejena kuhinja, kopalnica s tušem in soba. Balkona ni.

V letu 2009 je bilo v stanovanju zamenjano okno, v letu 2013 pa sta se obnovili kuhinja in kopalnica v celoti.

Garsonjera je orientirana na južno (sončno) stran. Ogrevanje prostora in tople vode je vezano na mestni toplovod. Ob bloku je večje javno parkirišče.

V neposredni bližini je vsa pomembna infrastruktura (OŠ, vrtec, trgovine, LPP, ...).

Trenutno v najemu, vendar je mogoča relativno hitra predaja posesti.

Stanovanje je vpisano v ZK z urejenim lastništvom. Blok ima gradbeno in uporabno dovoljenje.
