- 30% vrednosti Objekata, uplaćeno po potpisivanju kupoprodajnog ugovora;
- 70% cene Objekata, plaćenog prema planovima plaćanja, o čemu je Investitor spreman da razgovara pojedinačno - sa svakim Klijentom;
