Predstavljam vam novo 3-sobno stanovanje z atrijem.

Vhodna vrata bodo protipožarna EI30, varnostna in protivlomna z ustrezno toplotno in zvočno izolacijo, hrastov  furnir, podboj  kovinski. Opremljena bodo z varnostno cilindrično ključavnico in vratnim kukalom. Notranja vrata  v stanovanjih  bodo lesena furnirana hrastova, podboj  kovinski. Talne obloge bodo gotov hrastovem troslojnem  parketu (1. kvaliteta) in keramika. Stanovanje bo opremljeno z domofonom.

V pritličju bloka se bodo nahajale shrambe stanovanj in skupna kolesarnica.

Obvezen nakup pokritega parkirnega mesta pred blokom v vrednosti 4.927,50 EUR.

The shading of the glass surfaces will be enabled with aluminium blinds. The front door will be fireproof EI30, security and burglary with adequate thermal and sound insulation. It will consist of an oak veneer, metal frame. It will be fitted with a safety cylinder lock and a door clip. The interior doors of the apartment will be wooden veneered oak and metal frame. The flooring will be finished with oak three-layer parquet (1st quality) and ceramics. The apartment will be equipped with an intercom.

The ground floor of the block will house a storage room and a shared bike space.

The possibility of buying a covered parking space in front of the block in the amount of 4.927,50 EUR.

The apartment will be available from September 2020.
